Chinese Xiaomi apparently continues to work on a new series of tablets with the label Xiaomi Mi Pad 5. This is also revealed by new information that appeared in the internal MIUI code and shows the battery capacity of the prepared tablet.
Revealed again in internal MIUI code
Well-known leaker Kacper Skrzypek again found mentions of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 tablet in his Twitter account. This time, the leaks concern the battery capacity.
The tablet has the code name "nabu" and the code contains information that this tablet should have battery capacity 8 720 mAh. Previous information spoke of a capacity of 12 mAh. The estimated size of the device is 400 inches, combined with such a large battery and energy-saving processor, we could get a pleasant endurance somewhere on the level of tablets from direct competitors such as Apple and Samsung.
One of the upcoming #Xiaomi tablets, "nabu", has 8720mAh battery (not 12400mAh as mentioned by @xiaomiui earlier).

This information confirms the fact that Xiaomi has been working for a long time to return its tablets. A market dominated by the Apple iPad, in which Xiaomi will try to fight by offering us its great price / performance ratio.
What do we already know?
Based on previous leaks, we can estimate some specifications of the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5. The display should get an 11-inch diagonal with 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Xiaomi will deploy a Snapdragon 870 processor and a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.
The redesigned desktop mode should come as a surprise MIUI for Pad, which we know from the recently introduced Xiaomi Mi MIX Fold. This would make working on the large display more pleasant and efficient.
It will also help to work effectively stylus and keyboard support, which goes Xiaomi directly against Apple. There is also talk of cheaper "Lite" version. We will still have to wait for the official launch.
A configuration of 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal memory should be available for 3999 Chinese yuan. This currently amounts to approximately 513 euros.
