We would probably not expect such a quick turn of events. After yesterday's official banner from Xiaomi for a new smartphone belonging to the Mi 9 family, we are much, but much smarter today. Xiaomi has posted more official information on her Twitter account.
Name officially confirmed
The latest post published just a few hours ago confirms the official title - Xiaomi Mi 9T. Previous speculations and leaks have not been wrong. Xiaomi also states that the Mi 9T is coming soon and lets its fans guess what the letter T in the name means.

The biggest surprise: The first pre-orders for SK and CZ
Just as the previous guesses were not wrong about the name Xiaomi Mi 9T, they were also not wrong about the fact that it will be a global version of the smartphone Redmi K20. Yes, Mi 9T is just renamed Redmi K20which will sell on the international market.
This fact was confirmed by the well-known and reliable Geekbuying dealer, which Xiaomi Mi 9T in global version (with SK and CZ LTE) included in the first pre-orders. The order can be made to a Slovak or Czech address and has even provided the first discount coupons! You will find them below.

Mi 9T as K20 and Mi 9T Pro as K20 Pro
The specifications and photos in the e-shop are official and confirmed by our direct contact from Geekbuying. Mi 9T in the global version supports complete networks in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, including B20 LTE band.
As we already mentioned, the Xiaomi Mi 9T is renamed Redmi K20, which will be sold internationally. The seller has already listed the model Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, which in turn will replace the flagship in the global market Redmi K20 Pro. However, the Mi 9T Pro is not yet available for pre-order. You can see its specifications on this page.
Xiaomi once again did not make it easy for its fans, the models will certainly be confused by many and it is a bit of a shame that they did not release the smartphone directly under the brand Redmi, which is getting off to a great start and is gaining more and more fans.
Specifications have not changed
There were no changes in the parameters. Except for the support of full LTE networks in Europe, the Xiaomi Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro smartphones are almost the same with Redmi K20 and K20 Pro.
