A new generation of bracelet Mi Band 5 from Xiaomi has up to o 50% greater measurement accuracy compared to other devices or previous generations of watches Amazfit.
Not only values have been improved PAI, but also a calorie counter, distance traveled, steps or sleep monitoring, as well as a heart rate monitor.
In practice, the PAI value indicates level of physical activity. It indicates what lifestyle you lead in the area of physical activity, your habits, exercises and then evaluates it with the help of data. If you move or play sports a little, a bracelet will do the same for you notifies you when the setting is on.
The whole system of physical activity, that is PAI works on the principle of various algorithms, which also evaluate yours on the basis of an average healthy lifestyle. Then the watch or bracelet will tell you how to do it, or what to improve.
The PAI index is also a mix of yours heart rate, height, weight, sex or even age. Monitoring takes place throughout the week, at the end of which all the collected data form a whole, which then makes conclusion of all activities and possibly compared with the previous period - a week.
The ideal PAI value is 100 and higher
The PAI value is moving in the range of 0 to 125. The ideal result for a week of physical activity should be equal to or greater than 100. In this case, everything is fine and even your health should not be exposed to various inconveniences, such as cardiovascular diseases.
You don't have to reach 100 or higher no extra effort. All you have to do is go up a few steps every day, walk to the store or the post office, or just do a few laps on your bike. In that case you can get close to 80, which is only a very small piece to the hundred.

Hello, no this model does not have it.
Hello, I have an Amazfit GTR, but I don't have a PAI in the menu. Does it have to be installed or activated somehow?
the whole PAI is bullshit for technocrats, it has nothing to do with health
From June 15.6, my PAI value is somewhere between 10-15 every day. Until then, I had the 100 every day. I run, I go for walks and I usually have over 10000 steps every day. Do you have any idea what could have happened? Amazfit T-Rex watch
It is not true that walking is enough. I go at least 10 kilometers a day with my dog and my PAI is 13. So forget about walking calmly
Why my watch doesnt support this? I bought mi watch to think that it would be there as well like my mi band 5. It turned out PAI data is not showing anywhere.
Only Amazfit and Mi Band have this function.
