We recently visited informed our article about the arrival of a new laptop from the Redmi workshop. In addition, we learned more about Intel's Tiger Lake H35 series of processors that the RedmiBook Pro 15 will have.
RedmiBook Pro 15 will offer both Intel and AMD variants
Along with the announcement of new processors from Intel in the form of Tiger Lake H35, it turned out that Redmi was planning something. This is an upcoming laptop Redmi Book Pro 15which will also accompany the model RedmiBook Pro 15S.
It should be top and very powerful laptops not only for games, but also for work in demanding programs. We could already see that there will be enough performance in the latest performance tests that have appeared on the well-known portal Geekbench.
The RedmiBook Pro 15 notebook already comes with the 11th generation of processors from Intel. There will be a choice with an i5 processor, specifically a model i5-11300H. If that doesn't happen to be enough for you, you can reach for a more powerful version. It already has an i7 processor, conc. model i7-11370H.
The variant equipped with the i5-11300H processor received in the Geekbench performance test 1 545 points when performing a single core a 4 902 points when using multiple cores.
The more powerful model with the i7-11370H achieved at a single core performance 1 447 points and when using multiple cores it was 4 885 points.
Both models have the same amount of RAM RAM, and therefore 16 GB. You will also find a pre-installed operating system here Windows 10.
The processors from AMD were not forgotten either
The RedmiBook Pro 15S may be a little more interesting. The laptop starts at capacity 8 GB operating memory RAM, with the highest configuration being up to 16 GB.
As for the processors themselves, there is a choice of models Ryzen 5 a Ryzen 7. With Ryzen 5 it is possible to choose whether we want a configuration with 8 GB or 16 GB RAM. Ryzen 7 has only one fixed configuration, which offers 16 GB of RAM.
From the pictures we can see that the Ryzen 5 variant with 8 GB RAM provides practically identical performance with the 16 GB variant, while the differences are directly invisible. Paradoxically, a model with a smaller RAM capacity performs better in tests.
The model with the Ryzen 7 gives slightly worse results when performing one core, but the difference is again only minimal. As for the performance of multiple cores, there the performance has increased significantly, with the difference being higher 1 000 points.
The notebook is equipped with a graphics card Radeon Graphics, about which we do not know any further information yet. Given that Redmi is slowly but surely preparing new information about the upcoming RedmiBooks Pro, and at the same time various performance tests are appearing on the Internet, we can assume that they will be introduced soon.
