When it comes to connectivity, Redmi declares a dual-band Wi-Fi connection. As well as a USB 3.0 port, a USB 2.0 port and a pair of HDMI 2.0 ports. The large display provides a truly immersive experience of watching content, but it must be complemented by equally high-quality audio in the premium segment. In this case, the TV is equipped by a pair of 10 W speakers.
Considering that it is a product intended exclusively for the Chinese market, the manufacturer has also integrated voice control using a smart assistant XiaoAI in Chinese language. Access to your data, applications or games is easier than ever before.
An unspecified quad-core processor with cores will take care of the performance Cortex-A55. It is supplemented with 2 GB of RAM memory and up to 16 GB of internal storage for your videos or smart TV applications.
Considering that it is a smart TV, there is also a customized operating system from the parent company Xiaomi.
Price and availability of the new smart TV
Model Redmi X86 is starting to be sold in the domestic Chinese market at an introductory price of only 4999 Chinese yuan. That's a really surprising price, considering that it translates to approx 692 €.
The official retail price should be 5299 Chinese Yuan after the end of this offer, so 733 €. It is still a very attractive offer, but one that is not expected on the international market at the moment.
