Our favorite Chinese tech giant Xiaomi is preparing a new generation of its top tablet. And we already know the first leaks of the technical specifications of the future flagship model with the designation Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro.

Xiaomi is preparing its new tablet xiaomi pad 7 pro, which will probably be launched alongside the flagship model Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Some technical specifications have appeared in Mi Code, while they look really interesting.
The predecessor was also a very popular tablet model Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro, which offered a 144 Hz IPS LCD display and a powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. The seventh generation wants to build on this good equipment.

10″ IPS LCD display, up to 144 Hz and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip
The device will offer 10″ IPS LCD sirl, which will come from the workshop of Tianma. This LCD panel will have a high resolution of 2367 x 1480 pixels and also a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. However, it will be a smaller device, compared to last year, due to the fact that Pad 6 Pro had a diagonal of 11″.
Performance will be taken care of by a newer flagship processor with eight cores, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2. It is therefore an improvement both in terms of the chip used and the resulting performance. You can recognize this processor, for example, from the Xiaomi 13 flagship series, whose performance was really impressive.
The back will be home to a pair of cameras. The main, unspecified sensor will be supplemented with a depth sensor. However, their lineup will be similar to the Pad 6 Pro tablet. The front will be the home of the "selfie" camera, which will be placed in a frame around the display. The new one will take care of the software HyperOS, based on the operating system Android 14.
In addition, the tablet will offer up to 4 speakers, in stereo layout, for a high-quality audio-visual experience, especially when watching multimedia content. The bad news is the launch, which is only expected in the Chinese market. We do not yet know the global version of this tablet. The official presentation should take place around April 2024.
