From previous leaks, we also know some technical specifications of the upcoming smartphone. We should also see a high battery capacity, which should stop at the value 5160 mAh. The smartphone should support fast, up to 33W cable charging.
The smartphone's screen should offer a high refresh rate of 120 Hz, and it should be one of the cheapest mobile phones with this technology. With its equipment and especially its price, this smartphone should rank very close to its competitors Redmi Note 9 Pro or Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G
As for the performance, it should be provided in the upcoming smartphone by a not yet introduced middle-class processor. This should become the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G, which should be a direct successor to the popular Snapdragon 730G model.
The new processor brings several improvements, including clocking. The 732G will offer 2,3 GHz clock, while the predecessor 730G offered only 2,2 GHz clock. Interestingly, the new chip comes with one Kyro 470 "Prime" (2,3 GHz) core, one Kyro 470 "Performance" (2,2 GHz) core and six Kyro 470 "Efficiency" (1,8 GHz) cores .
Snapdragon 732G it also retains the tradition of a chipset focused on games. For those who don't know, Prime and Performance cores are based on the ARM Cortex-A76 design, while six Efficiency cores are based on the ARM Cortex-A55 design. The chipset uses the Samsung 8 nm manufacturing technology process.
Other features should include 4K HDR video support and fourth-generation Qualcomm AI Engine technology. The great news is the support of fast charging within the Quick Charge 4+ standard and the Snapdragon X15 LTE chip will provide exemplary connectivity.
