Presentation at the CES 2021 conference
I'm sure you've heard of the technology conference CES, which annually brings interesting product presentations or debates on various topics in the field of digital platforms and products. The conference takes place from 11 to 14 January this year, and on the very first day Amazfit presents the new Amazfit GTS 2e and GTR 2e watches in the European versions.

Amazfit itself informed about this through its account on the social network Twitter, where they published a short video with the date of the performance.
Body temperature measurement
The biggest attraction of the new versions of the GTS 2e and GTR 2e watches is an interesting novelty, body temperature measurement. This is not a common feature we would find in any smart watch.
The GTR 2e and GTS 2e smart watches can measure body temperature continuously, similar to heart rate measurements. As fever is one of the main symptoms of COVID-19, this feature will certainly be appreciated by many customers in the current pandemic.
On the other hand, the Series 2e watch did not receive WiFi support. They only work via Bluetooth. Since we don't have WiFi support here, the endurance per charge has improved.
Model The GTR 2e lasts up to 24 days, while the GTS 2e has a single charge life of 14 days. These values are valid for "typical" daily use.
This is not a completely improved version of the watch, as we are losing WiFi support at the interest of temperature measurement. The Amazfit brand thus offers an alternative to the Amazfit GTS 2 and GTR 2 models. By the way, we are also waiting for the Amazfit GTR 2 watch. We will bring you a review as soon as they are delivered to us.
A complete "family" of watches
With this introduction, the Amazfit brand brings the complete Amazfit GTR 2 and GTS 2 watch family to the global market. In addition to the two models mentioned above, the GTS 2 Mini is added, about which we have already written, and a new model of the GTR 2 LTE watch to be expanded with 4G LTE connectivity presumably through eSIM technology.

Price and availability
New versions of Amazfit GTR 2e and GTS 2e watches should be sold on the global market for €129.99. The exact date when they will be on sale, however, is not yet known. Amazfit has not yet disclosed this information.
Since the performance for the global market came less than a month after the performance in China, we assume that it will not be long before the launch of sales for our market.
If their pofider application Zepp is needed, thank you - please. We can probably only dream of supporting Slovak / Czech again.
Czech is also supported, but Android must also be in Czech. Not that I enjoy such a system.
On miuios.cz, the owners of the new GTR and GTS models wrote that the language of the watch can be changed directly in Zepp, so the language could be different phone and different in watch.

Just got myself a new GTS 2e. With my first settings, the battery consumption was 40% per day (ie 2.5days to empty). Nobody responds if messages are sent to their "Feedback" part in the Zepp. Stopped several functions now and it needs 50% in 2 1/2 days… Have NO idea how they advertise such long lasting battery times. There is also no clear advise what feature uses how much more battery. Also don't understand why Zepp needs my location to sync with the GTS 2e, no reason to know location for sync.

Apart from large sales on Aliexpress, there are no coupons, unfortunately there are currently no discounts on these watches and they do not pay off in price compared to the prices on SK and CZ.
