In this article, we will look at the possibility of verifying the health of the battery in your Xiaomi smartphone. You don't need to install any other mobile application for this check.
Battery health in your Xiaomi, Redmi whether POCO smartphone
Device optimization is also very important from the point of view of long-term use and battery health. Today we will introduce a very simple trick that will show you the state of your device's battery without the need for a specific application.
Already a few weeks ago, information appeared about hidden codes in MIUI, which you can very easily activate via the Phone application on your Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO devices. This time, we will focus on a metric that will help us gain insight into the state of the battery.
This is a rather useful feature considering that the lithium batteries found in smartphones and tablets nowadays degrade over time. A certain form of control is therefore definitely in place, especially to avoid possible problems with the use or durability of the device.
Just a few simple steps to display hidden codes
If you want to get information about the battery, you need to follow these simple steps:
- Open the Phone application and enter the following code via the dial pad: *#*#6485#*#*
- After writing this code, a window with various data about your device will automatically appear
In this menu, pay attention to the following codes in particular:
- MB_06 (indicates the battery status of the device)
- MF_02 (indicates exact charging cycles performed since first use)
- MB_00 (indicates current battery percentage)
We also tested this function directly in our editorial office editorial smartphone Xiaomi 11T. As you can see, the health of our battery has the description "Good" and the current battery percentage corresponds to reality. However, we do offer exact charging cycles they didn't have displayed.
How do you like this battery health feature? If you have any other questions about this issue, feel free to write them to us below, in the discussion below the article. Follow our group on Facebook: Xiaomi Planet - A place for real Xiaomi fans as well as our portal Xiaomi Planet and find out more.
The code doesn't work for me.
I would be interested in what the other codes mean, otherwise this information is meaningless to me
My battery is crap according to real experience, AccuBattery says the same according to long-term testing. The percentages literally disappear before my eyes when the display is on. I enter this code and the battery is GOOD 😀 😀 😀 But good is good and as we know from school, good is good for 3 🙂
It doesn't work for me either redmi 10 pro notes
MB_03 – current voltage in uV
MB_04 – discharge rate in uA
I did not identify the others
MF02 (number of charges) not shown on my phone or in your photo
