You surely remember the first smart watch with heart pressure measurement, from the Chinese brand Huawei, which was also sold on the Slovak market. The Chinese company Xiaomi is now trying to do something similar, in the form of a new model Xiaomi Watch H1, which also brings ECG functionality, and certifications on measuring health data using a wearable device.
At first glance, it may seem that this is an ordinary new smart watch with a slightly larger construction. However, the secret is hidden behind thicker bezels and an atypical strap.
The Chinese manufacturer received certification for a Class II medical device (Chinese certificate of the Food and Drug Administration, editor's note). And it can measure blood pressure through the pad in the strap. It also has a voice notification of the result and notification of the next planned measurement.
