Spoločnosť Xiaomi introduced a new model of robotic vacuum cleaner with rotating mops or up to 5200 mAh battery. It bears the name Xiaomi Mijia All Round Sweeping and Mopping Robot and in addition it attracts with relatively low noise.
The robotic vacuum cleaner from Xiaomi has 4000 pa and a rotating mop
At first glance, we can see that this model, Xiaomi Mijia All Round Sweeping and Mopping Robot, with its design will add to the rest of the Xiaomi vacuum cleaner portfolio. It has a matte white color scheme with a hole for 3D scanning and an output for a laser scanner. The vacuum cleaner will also be supplied in a version with a 2,5-liter emptying station, which will be the color of the vacuum cleaner.
The main benefit of this new model is the premiere of the navigation system (S-Cross AITM), which consists of 3D map. These are obtained by the vacuum cleaner thanks to the integrated sensor on the front and with the help of artificial intelligence. Laser scanning then uses an algorithm to select the most efficient cleaning route. Thanks to this, the vacuum cleaner avoids obstacles, which also speeds up the vacuuming itself.
However, there is also high performance. The integrated electric motor brings up to 4000 pa, which you will use not only when vacuuming but also when mopping. It also has low noise land 68 dB. The mop has just been improved and this model offers two rotating heads on the underside of the structure. This generation of mop should be more efficient compared to older wiping in the direction of the letter ypsilon.
The mop also includes removable cloths that are antibacterial and also has an intelligent substrate recognition function. If the vacuum cleaner detects a carpet, it raises its rotating brushes to eliminate moisture from the substrate. The brushes themselves are then deeply cleaned in the emptying station, thanks to the attachments at the bottom.
The vacuum cleaner is intelligent and supports connection to a mobile application Xiaomi Home. This application allows the division of rooms, zone vacuuming, but also the setting of virtual barriers for which the vacuum cleaner should not continue, etc. The equipment also includes a relatively large battery with a capacity 5200 mAh. It offers good endurance of about 3 hours on a single charge.
Price and availability of a new robotic vacuum cleaner
Model Xiaomi Mijia All Round Sweeping and Mopping Robot is starting to be sold so far only on the Chinese market. The official selling price is 4599 yuan (in China, the so-called "early bird price" will be temporarily reduced to only 3999 yuan). This amounts to 653 in the current conversion € respectively temporarily reduced to €568. We have no further information on international availability yet.
