News Xiaomi pad 5 comes to Europe with the official designation without the preposition "Mi." However, as expected, it shares most of its technical specifications with the Chinese, previously introduced model Mi Pad 5. The metal, premium body thus contains 11 ″ IPS LCD panel with high 2,5K resolution, Dolby Vision technology, DCI-P3 color gamut support and refresh rate up to 120 Hz.
In terms of performance, it will be taken care of by an "eight" processor from Qualcomm. Specifically, it is a model Snapdragon 860 (7 nm) with a maximum clock speed of 2.96 GHz, which is also supplemented by 6 GB RAM a 128 / 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage.
4 speakers, 8720 mAh and fast charging
Equipment also includes four stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos technology. Quality sound will be appreciated not only by players, but also by other users when consuming multimedia content. At the back is alone 13 MPx camera, the front side offers again 8 MPx MPx "selfie" camera.
In addition, the tablet offers an integrated battery with a total capacity of up to 8720 mAh. The battery can be charged via a modern and universal USB type C connector. The tablet also supports fast cable charging (a 22,5W fast charger is included in the package).
The tablet will please with the support of optional accessories in the form of intelligent stylus from Xiaomi. This pen is charged wirelessly, with a magnetic grip directly on the tablet body. Charging to 100% of this pen takes only 18 minutes and has up to 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity, thanks to which the stylus can also create digital drawings. However, we do not yet know the price and availability of these accessories.
The tablet is equipped with the MIUI for Pad system, and the global version includes complete language support for all European countries, full integration with Google services or even a pre-installed popular Netflix service.

The official listing price of this tablet with the label Xiaomi pad 5 starts with value € 299 (6 GB RAM / 128 GB). Pre-orders start today, ie on September 15, 2021 with selected partners such as Goboo.com, while the actual sale within the "Early-bird" offer will take place from September 23, 2021.
