Xiaomi Bluetooth speakers are very popular products from the workshop of the Chinese giant. We've been to you recently informed on the introduction of the Chinese version Xiaomi Mi Smart Speakerswhich is now also coming to Europe. It offers Google Assistant, power 12 W and costs only 50 €.
In Europe with Google Now
The European version of the Xiaomi Mi Smart Speaker comes with the support of Google Assistant, unlike the Chinese version, which has the Xiao AI. The product name for the Chinese market - Xiaoai Speaker Art - is derived from this.
Official sales in Europe began in Spain, where customers can now order it. The wireless speaker comes with power 12 W, premium design and voice control.
Successful design, quality sound and voice control
The speaker impresses with its very simple and elegant design. It has an oval shape with 10 531 holes through which sound passes. The speaker has a power of 12 W and inside hides an amplifier from Texas Instruments. It has a high quality audio signal reproduction, so you get clear sound without distortion from the speaker.
It boasts a label DTS, so the sound should be really good quality without distortion at any volume.
Just say "Hey Google" and you can give commands to the speaker. Play your favorite song, control the volume or adjust other settings. It's very simple, you just need to know the basics of English, since Google Assistant does not yet support Slovak.
For good recognition of voice commands, this speaker was equipped with two microphones, which recognize the voice even at a greater distance. You don't have to be that close to the speaker. If you do not want to use voice control and are concerned about privacy, you can deactivate the microphones.
Connectivity and other features
In terms of connectivity, the speaker has in addition to Bluetooth aj WiFi connection (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). You simply connect the speaker to your smartphone or any other device that can transmit sound using these technologies. You can also find support for Chromecast here.
At the top are touch buttons for manual operation and effect LED a strip that can change colors. It supports up to 16 million colors.
If you buy two Xiaomi Mi Smart Speakers, you can synchronize them with each other to achieve this stereo 2.0 audio output.

In Spain, the speaker is sold for 49.99 €. It is available on the official Mi.com website. It is currently only available in white, but black is also expected.
