Xiaomi officially confirms its participation in MWC 2023 in Barcelona, but not yet the introduction of flagships

Our favorite Chinese tech giant Xiaomi officially confirmed his presence at the fair MWC 2023 in Barcelona, Spain. We know that the company's stand together with the press conference will take place at this exhibition, but we do not yet know the presentation of specific products. New flagship smartphones have not been confirmed either.

Xiaomi has already started sending invitations to media reporters who want to attend the exhibition MWC 2023. It takes place every year at the well-known exhibition center in Barcelona. The invitation comes with a clear motto from the manufacturer:

"We will share our vision for 2023, how we plan to innovate and better connect people".

While we are curious about the company's new strategy for the coming year, the invite does not even hint at the introduction of a new flagship device for the global market with the designation Xiaomi 13Ultra.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is likely to arrive later

As usual, the show will be home to some of Xiaomi's new smartphones, smart home devices, as well as other gadgets for those who haven't yet been able to see and try the new products in person.

This is what Xiaomi's invitation to the MWC 2023 exhibition in Barcelona looks like.

Xiaomi adds that it will "share information about the company's global footprint", so we can also learn more about its plans towards global customers, including the introduction of local versions of the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro smartphones. However, the Leica-enhanced smartphones have not been officially confirmed, contradicting some previous leaks.

However, this does not mean that the premium flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra does not exist. It is possible that the manufacturer is also working on this device, but it will be presented at a separate event later, after the exhibition. Xiaomi booth at Mobile World Congress 2023 in Barcelona will be open on time from February 27 to March 2, 2023.
