From time immemorial, when we think of the Android skin, MIUI comes up with a multitasking menu, which was completely different from every smartphone from another manufacturer. Thanks to the arrangement of applications in smaller windows, more apps fit on the vertical list, but after the new one you will also get to choose between the classic menus.

If you've ever wondered how to set up the menu you know from every smartphone on Xiaomi smartphones, unfortunately, that wasn't possible. But the upcoming update to MIUI 12 will change all that.
As you can see in the screenshot above, the new horizontal multitasking menu is already available in the launcher version Alpha-188.8.131.525-10261728which you can also install. This launcher and specifically this menu works great on our editorial Mi 8 Lite.
