Xiaomi has really shown itself in the phone segment in recent years. The quality of phones is growing at a rocket pace from year to year, and this has not been the case for the past two years. The first real photo car introduced by this company was the Xioami Mi Note 10. Excellent phone in the field of photography, but lagged behind the flagship models in performance.
💣 NEWS: We have created a place where there should be no Xiaomi fan. join.
The only "asphalt shredder" is the recently introduced flagship - the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. A phone that knows no compromises. Apart from other aspects, they both offer the same main 108 MPx sensor from Samsung's workshop. Therefore, we present the first comparison of the main sensors of these smartphones.
108 MPx vs 108 MPx
To begin with, we offer a list of sensors on individual mobile devices. We have the first one here Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, which has 4 cameras and a laser sensor, thanks to which you can focus precisely even in poor lighting conditions:
- The main: 108 MPx, f / 1.69, OIS, 8P
- Wide: 20 MPx, f / 2.0 123 °
- Short telephoto lens: 12 MPx, f / 2.0
- Long telephoto lens: 8 MPx, f / 2.0, OIS
We have here for comparison Xiaomi Mi Note 10, which in addition to four sensors also offers a macro lens. There is also a laser sensor, as with the Mi 10 Pro:
- The main: 108 MPx, f / 1.69, OIS, 8P
- Wide: 20 MPx, f / 2.2, 117 °
- Short telephoto lens: 12 MPx, f 2.0
- Long telephoto lens: 8 MPx, f / 2.0 OIS
- Macro lens: 2 MPx, f / 2.4, 1,5 cm focus
You will find almost no differences between the sensors, except for the macro lens and the better brightness playing in favor of the Xiaomi Mi Note 10. For comparison, we enclose photos taken with the Mi 10 Pro and Mi Note 10 samrtphones:
Left Mi 10 Pro, right Mi Note 10 (CC9 Pro)
Both devices undoubtedly have something to offer. As you can see, the Mi 10 Pro has a higher color saturation in many photos, which may not be to everyone's taste. Sometimes, on the other hand, photos are similar to reality, but they lack details.
The daily photos are beautiful with lots of detail and amazing dynamic range. The hardware, which undoubtedly wins on the Mi 10 Pro side, also plays an important role.
We're very curious what the Mi 10 Pro can do after porting Google Camera. In the case of this application, we have experienced that photos have a much more realistic color rendering and are also often sharper.
