I ordered this phone, waited a month and a half. Finally the phone arrived, it worked for 1 day, then it started overheating and restarting non-stop, obviously a hardware error. Reinstalling didn't help. Communication with the seller is very lengthy, he writes back once a day. After the agreement, I sent the phone back, it has been at customs in China for 2 weeks, the addressee says that no one has contacted him. Support from xiaomiplanet in one sentence: open a ticket. No response to my other questions. Never again, I'm very disappointed, it's taking an awfully long time, it's been 3 months since I ordered and I don't see a solution. Very frustrating. After this experience with a claim never again, it's not worth it.

I "stupidly" stuck with the refurbished mi11 pro model (and I bought it from verified seller! with a relatively high rating! but apparently everyone is on the same foot and the mafia has agreed.. , I also ordered an ultra, luckily it is still working fine, I was very lucky as you can see.. who knows how many damaged customers there are through dh gate like Mr. Jergus.. I still don't know how I will solve the problem with the defective display on the 11 pro, I am still arguing with the seller to this day and we still haven't reached a solution, although I sent him xyz proof videos about ghost touch (I found out that he is either a total moron or he really doesn't know what it is.. ) that even such a display defect exists.. and he still does his own thing, he is convinced that the display does not react abnormally and that it is fine, while it is already evident from the video that it is not.. and that it is defective and almost unusable (with one hundred buttons or the guest reacts in several ways or does not react at all and under anomalies), he already gave me the return address, I received it from him, but after these experiences, as Jergus also wrote, even through the post, I am afraid to send it very easily, I can lose money and a phone .. and where is the guarantee that the address is right and really for him? so I don't know what to do now, I'm also at a loss.. 310 euros is in the bag at least for now..

I bought it through xiaomiphone and DHgate. It looks hopeless. The phone has been at customs in China since September, I am writing to DHgate customer service, but it is disastrous, it seems that I have lost both the phone and the money. I bought such a refurbished piece, I probably had more luck in the "lottery". I have had the phone for 5 months, so far everything is working for me.

  • The battery has a capacity of about 75% of the declared value, but otherwise the system shows an "excellent" condition, so it's acceptable for me.
  • The display probably doesn't suffer from ghost touch or only a little - sometimes I feel that the display reacts even without my doing it. However, I can't rule out that I'm causing it by touching the corners of the display by holding the phone incorrectly.
  • I suspect a defect in the WIFI module, compared to other mobile phones (the old Meizu M1 note, ZUK Z2 pro, POCO X3 and Oneplus Nord were compared) this Mi11 ultra has an average of about 5-10 dBi lower RSSI value and above all more fluctuating the intensity of the WIFI signal (the intensity jumps up and down by up to 10dBi). However, usability does not suffer.

The German website, the video review of which you present, withdrew the offer months ago due to reported problems. Due to potential hidden defects and the practical impossibility of resolving complaints (in this discussion and elsewhere), it would certainly not hurt to at least draw attention to these risks in writing in the article.
