The most famous portal for evaluating the photographic properties of smartphones DxOmark has published its smartphone rating Xiaomi Mi 11. In some areas, it also loses on last year's flagship models of the manufacturer.
Up to 22nd place
DxOmark gave him a total score of 120, placing him in 22nd place in the ranking of the best photographing smartphones today. It has also been included in last year's smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra or the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro.
The main, 108-megapixel sensor is the same as the Mi 10 or Mi Note 10 Pro, but in the case of the Mi 11 it has a slightly worse aperture.
As DxOMark explains, the Xiaomi Mi 11 offers good image performance, although it loses out to direct competition. The quality of the photos and the system of their processing is quite good, but the enlargement is quite disappointing.
In the field of video, the Xiaomi Mi 11 has the upper hand, offering great quality, both in detail and in video stabilization. In addition, the video offered by this smartphone is very good in low light environments.
The biggest advantages of this flagship in photography include a high level of detail in still images, precise white balance and reproduction of other colors, a wide dynamic range and well-regulated noise in low-light photos. Outdoor video again has great white balance and effective video stabilization while walking.
The smartphone lags behind in focus, which is slow in low light and also offers inaccurate colors. There is also criticism of the ultra-wide-angle lens, where DxOmark points to colored streaks and smooth corners.
We also praised the good photographic properties in our reviewwhich we published on the sister website ChinaPlanet.
The latest models of the manufacturer can correct the taste
Xiaomi now has a chance to improve his smartphone reputation Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro a My 11 Ultra, where he deployed new technology liquid lens along with the Xiaomi Night Owl algorithm, for even better night shots. We should see their evaluation on the DxOMark portal in the coming months.

Of course, the Mi 11 is worse than last year's flagships. Otherwise, the Pro and Ultra versions would lose their meaning. If you don't buy the "highest" flagship from Xiaomi, you won't get the best image output.
And Xiaomi herself laughs at customers' faces and cheerfully releases Mi 11 Lite and Mi 11i toho into that number of Mi 11s 🤦🏻♂️
Of course, the reviews say that they all use the "same" 108MPx sensor, which is absolutely not true when even the aperture is changed.
