Chinese giant Xiaomi is preparing to unveil its next smartphone. It has officially announced when it will present the third generation of the Civi model on the domestic Chinese market.
Performance in a few days
Xiaomi Mi 3 will be officially introduced May 25 at 14:00 local time in China. On the social network Weibo, Xiaomi provided several posters showing the design of the upcoming smartphone.
It will be available on the market in up to four attractive colors, namely in pink, gold, green and gray. The two-color back side also works very well, making the smartphone look more playful and unobtrusive.
All offered colors were produced in cooperation with WGSN. A company that predicts trends and is also knowledgeable in the field of design and fashion.
Thin and light smartphone
Xiaomi talked about several parameters on the posters, for example, the width of the Xiaomi Civi 3 will be 71,7 mm and it will thin only 7,56 mm. All this at weight 173,5 grams.
We'll see if the third generation keeps the element dual selfie camera. At first glance, it seemed a bit controversial, because it resembles the Dynamic Island solution from competitor Apple.
High performance
On the back, there will be a prominent circular photo module, as we could see for example with the flagship smartphone Xiaomi 13Ultra. It will contain main 50-megapixel camera with optical stabilization.
The other two sensors have not been revealed, but we assume they will be an ultra-wide sensor and a macro lens.
