In addition, the smartphone is on every side protected by Gorilla Glass 5 glass, which is located on the display, on the back, but also on the camera module itself.
A pleasant surprise is the preservation 3,5 mm audio jack and IR blaster for controlling home appliances. The novelty, modeled on the Redmi K30, has taken over fingerprint sensor in the side power buttonwhich is quite practical in reality. In addition, physical fingerprint scanners are still faster than scanners in displays.

Despite the smaller 6,44 ″ display, the Mi Max 3 is much larger in size than the Note 9 Pro Max. Very thin frames around the display play in favor of the novelty. The smartphone will be available in three beautiful colors, which you can see in the gallery below.

"Max power"?
Another of the slogans of the new Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. But what exactly does maximum performance mean for Redmi in the affordable 2020 smartphone? The latest eight-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor manufactured by a modern 8 nm production process. Interestingly, this chipset is more powerful than last year's Snapdragon 730.
The manufacturer also compared the new Snapdragon 720G with the Helio G90T processor in the Redmi Note 8 Pro, as at first glance it may not seem like a significant upgrade in performance. Compared to Mediatek, 720G has a much more modern production process, 8 nm vs 12 nm, which is very much reflected in the efficiency of energy consumption and also in lower processor temperatures.
The processor contains an improved Adreno 618 graphics accelerator, which can handle even more demanding games. As usual, the benchmarks were not forgotten, where Redmi compares the competition with its novelty.
In terms of RAM, the Pro Max model starts at a decent price 6 GB RAM, while a higher configuration with 8 GB RAM. The RAM memory chip is of the type LPDDR4X and Redmi also used fast UFS storage 2.1 with a maximum capacity of 128 GB.
