Two versions of one model? Nothing new with Xiaomi
Such a move from Xiaomi, or its subsidiary Redmi, is not uncommon. In 2016, the brand introduced the still popular Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, which also came in two versions with different chipsets.
One was equipped with a Snapdragon 625 processor and the other with a Mediatek Helio X20 processor. At that time, we had the opportunity to test both versions and we probably don't have to describe which of them was better.
It was the Mediatek Helio G90T processor that caused Notes redmi 8 Pro distrust of fans and many questions. Otherwise, the top mid-range smartphone was equipped with a branded processor, which is not very popular with users.
Nevertheless, Note 8 Pro has taken on very well in the market and is becoming more and more popular. The fears of the fans were unnecessary and from our own experience we can say that the smartphone is well tuned. However, Redmi also listens to his fans and wants to satisfy everyone. Probably that's why they decided to bring a new version of this model with the much-demanded Snapdragon processor.

Certified model marked as M1912G7BE should be the new Redmi Note 8 Pro. It should bring the same equipment as the already sold predecessor, except for two differences. The first is the chipset, which in this case should be from the company Qualcomm Snapdragon.
Specifically, it will be a model 730Gwhich already drives also Xiaomi Mi Note 10. The second improvement should be fast charging in power up to 27 W.

The second certified device was a smartphone with a code designation M1911U2E. According to Xiaomishka, this will be Redmi K30 with processor Mediatek and support 5G mobile networks.
