As 2021 comes to an end, there is more information about new smartphones that manufacturers plan to introduce in 2022. There are also those from our favorite Xiaomi. The latest leak revealed that the manufacturer is preparing up to 6 new smartphones, incl Redmi Note 11 Pro coming to the global market.
New models for the global market
Models from the range Redmi The Note 11 has already been officially launched in the domestic Chinese market and it's only a matter of time before they reach the global one. This is a popular range of smartphones that stands out with great features combined with an affordable price.
Two of the six leaked models will be sold under the brand POCO. Of the remaining four, two models will receive a processor from MediaTek and two will be equipped with chipsets from Qualcomm. One of these models should even be available in China. It is interesting that the code designations of all upcoming news items contain French words.
Redmi Note 11T Pro (K6S, peux)
The designation K6 belongs to the model Redmi Note 10 Pro, which has become very popular thanks to its favorable price and great parameters. The designation K6S probably belongs to its successor. And this model is the only new product that will be sold in China.
However, it will not be the exact same model. The Chinese version will differ from the global one in that it offers a different main camera sensor. One version will get a Samsung ISOCELL GW3 with a resolution of 64 megapixels, the other will have a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HMD sensor. We do not know yet which market will be intended.
The 8-megapixel IMX355 ultra-wide angle sensor and two-megapixel macro lens will have both variants in common. We do not have information about the specific processor used, but we know that it will be a model from Qualcomm.
The smartphone will also be sold under the brand POCO, specifically it will be about POCO M4. Its code designation is k6P (peux).
Redmi Note 11S (K6T)
The model will be very similarly equipped Redmi Note 11S, which received the codename viva, respectively vida. It is possible that based on this it will come in two variants. What we do know is that it will offer a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM2 main sensor and the same ultra-wide and macro sensor as Redmi Note 11T Pro.
The main difference will be in the processor used, which in this case will be provided by MediaTek. We don't know yet whether it will be a 4G or 5G chipset.
Redmi Note 11S (K7S)
Another variant of this smartphone will be the one codenamed k7S (miel). The designation K7 currently belongs to the model Redmi Note 10 a Redmi Note 10S. The new model will offer a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B40 sensor, the other two will again be the same as the models described above.
This model will be sold under the brand with the same specifications POCO, while its code designation is K7P (fleur).
The leak also speaks of a model codenamed miel_pro, which will receive a 108 Mpx Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor, a 90 Hz display and a MediaTek processor.
Redmi Note 11 Pro (K7T)
Probably the best equipped model of the upcoming series. It gets a Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm and interestingly, it comes in two variants, which will differ in support of NFC technology. The main sensor of the camera will be the Samsung ISOCELL JN1 with a resolution of 8160 x 6144 pixels.
