Redmi Buds 6: Low price, noise cancellation and HyperOS Connect
Xiaomi has expanded its series of affordable headphones by the fourth model, with the designation Redmi buds 6 and support ANC. This will complement already known models such as Redmi Buds 6 Lite or Redmi Buds 6 Active whether Redmi Buds 6S.
If we look at this basic model of the series, which definitely has a lot to offer, its big advantage is mainly the favorable selling price, which has reached below the threshold of 30 EUR.
Even if they have new headphones Redmi buds 6 relatively low price, it was not reflected in their functional equipment. The headphones arrive in a case that matches the color and has rounded edges, and an integrated USB-C connector or LED strip.
Presence is a big advantage active noise cancellation (ANC). According to Xiaomi, even the basic model can suppress ambient noise up to 49 dB. It can last up to 10 hours of listening on a single charge, but this value applies when ANC is turned off. With ANC on it will probably drop by 10-20%. In combination with the box, you get up to the resulting 42 hours.
If we look at the audio equipment, every earphone Redmi buds 6 it features a dual-driver set consisting of a 12,4mm titanium-coated diaphragm and a 5,5mm micro-piezo ceramic driver.
In addition, the headphones are also equipped with four modes equalizer (EQ). It also has connectivity using Bluetooth 5.4, and they are also compatible with the technology HyperOS Connect. There is support for AAC and SBC codecs, but other codecs will only be available with more expensive siblings.

Xiaomi has not yet commented on the global release of the headphones Redmi Buds 6. However, the previous generations also appeared on the European markets, and we expect a similar scenario in a few weeks with this new generation as well.
The selling price of the Chinese version, available on the domestic, i.e. Chinese, market, has stopped at the value 199 Chinese yuan. That's in conversion approx. 25 €. Slovak prices will probably be a little more expensive, at the level approx. 35-40 €.
