If you've been a fan of our site for a long time, you've probably noticed that we're trying to test and try the services of various Chinese vendors, especially the lesser-known ones. This is exactly the test we have done now.
In the TradingShenzhen e-shop, we ordered the latest flagship Xiaomi Mi 11. We didn't want to wait for the release of the global version, and as a true Xiaomi fan, we wanted to try out a smartphone as soon as possible.

Although this store is not so unknown and has excellent rating on the Trustpilot portal, we have not yet published our experience with it.
Order process
TradingShenzhen presents itself as a "trader with unique services". We can confirm at the outset that this is indeed the case. You can find the price with a link to the purchase at the bottom of the article. But let's be fine.
Even before the purchase, we wrote to the seller via their Facebook page if they really have the phone in stock and how quickly they can send it. The seller told us the next day that they had a phone and sent the goods in 3-5 working days.
On January 22, we ordered the phone and waited for what would happen. On January 25, an e-mail arrived that the goods had been moved to a courier company. The day after that, we received a link to track the package.
Delivery speed is excellent
The seller offers a choice of two types of delivery to Europe - Global Priority and DHL. For transport, Global Priority states: "no additional charges". The price of postage was 16 € and we chose this transport.
The delivery took place exactly as the seller states on its website, ie without additional fees, similar to what we know when transporting the EU Priority Line, for example in the Banggood store. The customs procedure was handled directly by the seller and we did not have to deal with anything at all.
The package arrived in a very solid time, we waited only 10 calendar days, which is a perfect result given the delivery from China.
All the time, it was possible to follow the exact route of the package via the 17track page and see each step. In the morning on the day of delivery, we received an SMS message that the package will be delivered to us. Transportation from China to Europe is provided by YunExpress, within Slovakia it is delivered by DPD courier.
Unboxing with a nice surprise
As soon as the courier handed us the package, we threw ourselves into unpacking. We must appreciate the really precise packaging, as the box with the phone itself is protected by up to three layers, including the air envelope and the cardboard box. It is therefore almost impossible for the contents of the package to be corrupted.
When unboxing, we were surprised by a gift in the form of an OTG reduction from USB Type-C to a classic USB-A connector and also a reduction from a Chinese adapter to a European one, even though we ordered a version of the smartphone without a charger.
We must also mention the coupon for a € 5 discount for the next purchase, and we also did not expect a protocol for testing the smartphone, which the seller packed.
Before sending, the technicians from the store tested our piece to see if everything was working as it should, so that they would not sell a broken phone. We have not seen a similar approach in any other Chinese e-shop so far, and we have been ordering from China for many years.
That's not all
As only the Chinese version of the Xiaomi Mi 11 is currently available, we knew in advance about the minor shortcomings that await us in this version. This is mainly the Chinese version of MIUI ROM, which basically contains Chinese and English and also does not contain pre-installed Google applications.
However, our smartphone arrived with a Chinese MIUI, but the seller installed Google applications without any prompting from us. Sure, for experienced users it's a 5-minute process, but we're definitely pleased and less worried.
We plan to install a ROM on the smartphone from the local community Xiaomi.eu, which contains a complete Slovak / Czech translation and native support for Google applications. Before that, however, you need to unlock the bootloader, but it takes 7 days to allow unlocking.
Xiaomi even this time in the Chinese version of Mi 11 added complete support for 4G LTE networks, including the B20 LTE band, so the user will not be restricted in any way even with the Chinese version of the smartphone.
In addition, the TradingShenzhen store for several Chinese versions of Xiaomi smartphones (such as the Mi 10 Ultra) offers the installation of the aforementioned Xiaomi.eu ROM for a smaller fee. This service is not yet available for Mi 11, but we expect it to increase over time.
Thanks to this, the customer does not have to worry about all the installation and has a full-fledged smartphone available immediately after unpacking.
TradingShenzhen: "Unique Service Trader"
So, a summary. Seamless ordering process, shipment of goods in 3 days, delivery in 10 calendar days, perfectly packaged and protected smartphone, gift and test protocol in the package and even pre-installed Google applications.
The phrase "unique service merchant" that the store presents is really true in this case, and we can only recommend buying from the retailer. Currently, reduced prices apply to all versions of Mi 11.
You will even get a symbolic discount of € 5 on your first purchase. We expect the price of the global version to be higher, at least at the beginning of the sale.

Hello, and is it possible that if I ordered a Xiaomi 10 ultra phone, they would add full support for the 4G LTE B20 network there so that I could use it fully in Slovakia without any problems? Well thank you.
