The Ninebot E series electric scooters have some intelligent features that allow them to adjust their activity or condition. The e-scooter can recognize whether the driving mode, the pushing mode, or the boarding or disembarking of the rider.
For example, when pushing uphill, the Ninebot can actively help. When the rider starts, he automatically retracts the side stand. The same applies when exiting that the stand extends automatically and the vehicle can also be locked automatically.

Location services and something extra
Location and navigation services using GPS are among the standards in this segment. If a road fault occurs on the e-scooter, the emergency SOS signal will also provide a position with the exact coordinates of the rider.
In addition to locating, the Ninebot E also allows you to remotely control the locking and triggering of an alarm. This is useful if you forget where you parked. When it comes to anti-theft protection, the e-scooter has an active protection system and the protection module has sensors that protect the entire body.
Ninebot developers claim that the thief has virtually no way to bypass the alarm device, even by destroying the module.
Probably the most important element in electric vehicles is the battery. The Ninebot E80C uses lead acid battery systemwhich is waterproof with a certificate IPX7. Optimized charging and pumping of energy prolongs battery life. Ninebot claims that lead-acid batteries are less affected by the outside temperature and that their durability is still the same even in extreme weather.
Other E series models use lithium battery with parameters 72 V / 20 Ah. If the scooter has not been used for a long time, it will automatically prompt the user to start charging the battery. This prevents damage caused by prolonged non-use.
All e-scooters of the Ninebot E series are equipped with an assistant Segway - Ninebot 5.0. It displays key information in real time, such as vehicle speed, battery status and mileage, and more.
At a press conference, representatives of Ninebot stated that the scooters have a built-in module similar to a "black box" in aircraft, which helps to better diagnose in the event of a failure by recording data.
