Our favorite Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi again pleasantly surprised. This time it officially brings a new massive Smart TV with diagonal up to 86 ". It will also offer a high refresh rate of 120 Hz, brightness up to 1000 rivets, HDR10 + and AMD FreeSync.

Xiaomi's premium smart TV comes with an official designation Xiaomi TV ES Pro 86 ″. It is a model that is directly intended for players of modern and graphically demanding game titles or fans of the film experience at the cinema level. The Chinese manufacturer is thus also venturing into the segment of expensive equipment, which will complement the affordable TVs in the brand's portfolio.
This attribute is also indicated by the technical specifications. The screen of this TV offers a rich up to 86-inch, it is equipped with a high refresh rate 120 Hz and the exemplary connector connectivity has not been forgotten HDMI, standard 2.1.
However, a high refresh rate is not the only benefit. There is no lack of technology MEMC, with which you will especially appreciate moving scenes, high color gamut DCI-P3 level 94%but also high brightness, which stopped at a value comparable to smartphones, ie 1000 rivets.
If we look at the other equipment, the TV contains an unspecified core processor ARM Cortex-A73. A proven operating system is available in terms of software Android TV, together with a graphic superstructure from the manufacturer called MIUI TV.
In addition to the aforementioned support HDMI 2.1 you can also look forward to Ethernet port, USB ports, antenna output, certification AMD FreeSync Premium and a low latency of 4 ms. The Chinese version will even offer voice commands through the local XiaoAI intelligent assistant.
The construction itself is also high quality. The frame is made of metal materials. The screen has very thin edges and covers up to 97,3% of the front wall. There is no shortage of audio experience, as this smart TV from Xiaomi offers dual stereo speakers with overall performance 30 W (2 x 15 W).
Price and availability of a new smart TV
A new smart TV from Xiaomi, called Xiaomi TV ES Pro 86 ″, is starting to sell today. However, so far exclusively on the Chinese domestic market. Its sale price stopped at 7999 Chinese yuan. In the current recalculation, this is approximately 1119 € / 1198 USD. We have no further information available on a possible global version of this TV.
