Dark Mode in Mi Home
You can find the Dark Mode function in newer versions of the Android operating system or just your own extensions from the manufacturers for a long time. Thanks to the dark mode, you can save battery power, with AMOLED displays, or even your eyes, which will not be so busy at night.
The latest version of the Mi Home application, specifically this version 6.1.601, gets native dark mode support. All you have to do to activate the dark theme is turn on Dark Mode directly in the smartphone system.
A few more improvements
Application developers add other useful features to the successful dark mode. These include the "Turn off the lights at night" and "Good night" instructions, so you can turn off all the lights at once with simple sentences.
Finally, there are also minor improvements in the form of automatic reconnection in case of loss of signal with security cameras or the addition of a section with frequently asked questions directly to the application.

If you haven't received an update to Mi Home version 6.1.601 yet, nothing is happening. The application is also available for download via of this link and if you already have Mi Home on your phone, it will only be installed as an update.
So you will not lose your data so far. However, we must point out that this is currently a beta version of the application and therefore may not be 100% stable.
