Hi, the legs are great, they came quickly, but they only came into use recently, so I'm writing now.
The price / quality ratio is unbeatable. They came as sharp as a razor. The joy of compatriots 🙂 but with respect! It's really Damascus steel (salaries) composition, but I dare not evaluate. Usually the smallest knife is used in our house, it has already tasted the dishwasher (by mistake), the blade and the handle have survived 🙂 But of course this does not belong in the dishwasher. He is already slightly dull in the sense that he is sharper than all the other small legs, but I'm not afraid of my fingers 😀

It is the joy of countrymen. I'm not exaggerating. We still mostly use the smallest one, it can handle everything. I'll take out a chef's knife here and there for the meat. Alternatively, if there is more chopping of vegetables, then santoku. The chopper was small. I sand at least once every 2 months on an Ikea sander with this wheel. It's barbaric, I know, but we had it at home. I tried coating it to see if it doesn't spoil the blade or scratch the knife and the blade... aaa, it sharpens the blade nicely. Also the angle of the seat. It's a shame that HUO HOU doesn't have some diamond steel for that. I have my eye on the Sebra Forged.
