It activates automatically when the full screen mode itself is activated. Fortunately, it can be removed or hidden from the settings.
How to remove the bottom bar in MIUI 12
To remove or hide white bottom barthat appears after upgrading any Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO device to MIUI 12, just follow these steps:
Go to section settings > Additional settings > Full screen.
Once in the given settings, just activate the option> Hide full screen mode indicator.
In this way, it is possible to remove the bottom bar from any device Xiaomi devices. As well as from Redmi or POCO, which has been updated to the latest version of this extension.
