The latest Google Pixel 6 smartphones attracted a lot of attention before the official launch. In addition to great cameras and pure Android, they also came up with a completely new Google Tensor processor, which was made by the American company itself. The Magic Eraser feature, which can remove unwanted objects and people from photos, has begun to decline.
Not only in the new Pixel 6, but also in your Xiaomi
It is this new function that is mentioned more and more often in the technological world. It uses artificial intelligence to remove elements in photos, which uses the high performance of the new chipset. But did you know that you have a similar function in the native Gallery application on your Xiaomi smartphone?
You can use this feature without having to install a special application. All you need is what you have available. And the result is really worth it. The system automatically recognizes an object that can be deleted by simply clicking on it. Of course, we must also take into account the various obstacles that make this difficult.
Photographs with a large number of objects can be a problem. The unit may not recognize all scenes correctly. In principle, if the photo is simple, the function works great. The more complex the photo, the more limited this functionality is and the result may not be exactly as you imagined.
An important note is that not all Xiaomi devices, Redmi a POCO are compatible with this functionality. In principle, it should work on flagships and models of higher classes. We managed to install the function on both Xiaomi 11T Pro and Mi 11i.
How to do it
You have a choice of three basic options. Manually delete, delete rows and delete people. How to do it? The procedure is very simple:
- First, go to the gallery and select the photo you want to edit.
- At the bottom you will find an edit icon, click on it.
- Now look for the "delete" option.
- You've gotten to the delete options. Just choose the right way here and you can start.
- All done.
